Skills-based organization strategy: Latest fad or real transformation?

Michael Beygelman (he/him) is executive vice president, product at WilsonHCG. He leads product development at the global talent leader. Michael, who has almost three decades of experience in the tech sector, founded Claro Analytics, a global labor market intelligence and people analytics platform, in 2014. The company was acquired by WilsonHCG in 2022. A technology and HR thought leader, Michael speaks at industry events all over the world and is a regular commentator in the media. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only organization for senior-level technology executives and is also a member of the RedThread Tech Consortium.

Stacia co-founded RedThread Research in 2018 after leading talent research for 8 years at Bersin by Deloitte and conducting research at CEB / Gartner. Stacia has an MBA from UC Berkeley and a MS degree from the London School of Economics. She grew up riding horses in the Sonoran Desert around Tucson and can’t stand scooping ice cream.
