Previously, Nan was VP of AI, ML, & Statistics at Nationwide Insurance.

Previously, she worked as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft Learning Innovation Studio, driving research and product strategy in personalization, AI fairness, and learning systems grounded in user experience design.
