Harnessing Agentic AI for the Public Sector

As artificial intelligence is deployed across public sector organisations, the technology continues to evolve. Agentic AI is the latest development to demonstrate real potential for enabling more efficient delivery of services. AI agents are semi-autonomous assistants that can carry out complex tasks, communicate with multiple different systems and tools, and even collaborate with each other. Alan Rutter is the founder of consultancy Fire Plus Algebra, and a specialist in data visualisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
